Cetera Financial Group is seeking a Financial Planning Training Specialist to support advisor success by providing guidance, training, and real-time assistance across planning tools and workflows.

You will partner with advisors to build, deliver, and refine financial plans, troubleshoot challenges, and promote scalable best practices to improve adoption and outcomes. Travel ~15% for training and engagement across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial planning workflows and scenario modeling.
• Hands-on experience with planning tools such as eMoney or MoneyGuide.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, advisor-facing support environment.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting across technical and planning issues.
• Clear communication of complex concepts in practical terms.
• Experience delivering training, coaching, or group facilitation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide real-time support to advisors via phone, email, and 1:1 sessions.
• Answer questions related to planning tools, modeling, and plan development.
• Assist advisors in navigating eMoney, MoneyGuide, AdviceWorks, and similar platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues and remove barriers to plan progress.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions, including webinars and camps.
• Build advisor proficiency and confidence in planning tools and workflows.
• Identify common questions and translate them into scalable resources.
• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and best practice guides.
• Organize content for knowledge base and AI-enabled search tools.
