Job Details

We are seeking a Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong financial acumen to be part of a forward-thinking organization. The individual will have a key role in the planning, development, and implementation of financial strategies to ensure the company's long-term financial health. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of financial trends and the ability to prepare financial projections, analyze variances, create bi-annual business plans, and manage budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business objectives
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and projections to assist in decision-making
• Analyze financial data and variances to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
• Create comprehensive bi-annual business plans, including financial forecasts and budget proposals
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and financial regulations
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, and provide financial guidance and recommendations
• Continually monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial health
• Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, or a related role
• Public Accounting experience is a PLUS!!!
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
