Qualifications

• Must be a current full-time student with a graduation window May 2027–May 2028.
• Based in the Dayton area.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional networks and client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Gain understanding of Northwestern Mutual products and how they help clients achieve financial goals.
• Connect with prospective clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Attend client meetings and assist in preparing comprehensive financial plans.
• Collaborate with senior advisors on client strategies and meeting preparation.
• Support ongoing client service and relationship management.
• Attend weekly coaching, development, and training sessions.
• Strengthen communication, business development, and leadership skills.
