Crown Financial Group is seeking a Paraplanner to support financial advisors in the planning workflow. You will help gather and analyze client data and prepare preliminary financial plans and related deliverables.

The role emphasizes client interaction, data accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements while assisting in practice management tasks and coordinating projects as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or higher required with financial planning exposure.
• 2+ years in a related financial planning/paraplanning role.
• Licensing exams such as Series 7, Series 66 and Life/Health licenses required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist financial advisor(s) in the financial planning workflow.
• Prepare preliminary financial plans and client deliverables.
• Develop portfolio/product solution recommendations aligned with client risk tolerance.
• Maintain client contact during the planning process and answer questions.
• Attend client meetings when necessary and support compliance activities.
