Strittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC (SWMG) in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an experienced Financial Planning Manager to lead our overseas Financial Planning team. You will manage performance, ensure timely delivery of high-quality financial plans, coach staff, and optimize workflows to uphold accuracy and client service.

The role requires strong leadership and remote team management, with deep knowledge of comprehensive financial planning, investments, retirement, and tax concepts.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• 5 years in leadership or people management.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational and communication abilities.
• WFH/onsite ability and CFP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote team of Financial Planners.
• Oversee daily workflow and ensure timely, accurate financial plans.
• Review plans and recommendations for quality and consistency.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching and development.
• Improve processes, workflows, and documentation for efficiency.
• Collaborate with advisors to meet client needs and goals.
• Ensure accurate client records and proper use of planning software.
