Qualifications

• Comfort working with Internal Audit, engineering, and KPI reporting teams.

• 6+ years of relevant finance or accounting leadership.
• Ability to reconcile complex financial data and explain it.
• Dedicated to GAAP compliance and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Resolve billing disputes and escalated aged receivables for collection.
• Forecast tax payments precisely to avoid underpayment penalties.
• Reconcile foreign-exchange gains as Mesa operations settle abroad.
• Own the tax provision and the supporting footnotes.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and robust internal controls.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis.
• Translate finance cost structure into pricing floor leadership.
