Reflective Resources Executive Search seeks an experienced Accounting Manager for a Buckhead wealth management firm. This hands‑on role manages day‑to‑day accounting, reviews work, supports staff, and operates in a high‑touch client environment.

You will oversee general ledger, reconciliations, month‑end close, and financial reporting while ensuring GAAP compliance across multiple entities.

CPA is preferred but not required; Sage Intacct experience and leadership background are valued assets.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting.
• Demonstrated career stability and progression.
• Strong general ledger, reconciliation, month‑end close, and financial reporting experience.
• Experience working within a large ERP environment.
• Ability to review work and provide oversight to accounting staff.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, entities, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and review general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month‑end close
• Prepare and review financial statements and client reporting
• Ensure accounting activity is accurate, timely, and GAAP‑compliant
• Support treasury functions
• Review the work of accounting staff and provide day‑to‑day guidance and oversight
• Manage multiple priorities, entities, and deadlines
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reporting issues
• Support process improvements and strong internal controls
• Communicate professionally with clients, leadership, and outside advisors
