Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Headquarters team in Tucson, AZ. The role partners with Finance and business functions to translate data into insights for leadership.

Ideal candidates have a 4+ year track record in financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with large datasets and cross-functional stakeholders. CPA/CFA preferred but not required. This is an in-office role in downtown Tucson.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist budgeting and forecasting across departments with consolidated enterprise outlook.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level financial reports and KPIs.
• Contribute to scenario analysis, ROI assessments, and capital allocation models.
• Prepare executive materials and translate results for senior leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and business partners to improve planning processes and data quality.
