Qualifications

FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
Minimum 2 years of financial services or related experience.
CFP certification is highly encouraged.
Strong understanding of financial planning concepts to help clients.
Ability to profile to understand planning needs and identify solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and advocate for clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct joint client appointments with Financial Consultant or Wealth Planner.
Deliver personalized financial planning through Fidelity’s offerings.
Create and maintain an organized client contact strategy.
Mentor and support fellow associates to promote a collaborative environment.
Engage clients using Fidelity tools such as Glance to enhance planning discussions.
