Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of financial services or relevant experience.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses or ability to acquire Series 66 on hire.
• CFP Certification is highly encouraged.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts to build client plans.
• Ability to profile client needs and identify solutions.
• Ambitious, client-focused and results-driven.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to educate clients and uncover opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct joint client appointments and provide personalized financial consultations.
• Develop and execute an engagement strategy to strengthen client relationships.
• Mentor and support associates while collaborating with Financial Consultants.
• Utilize tools like Salesforce and Glance to manage client interactions.
