Ameriprise Financial Services in Garden City, NY is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support high-producing advisors by preparing financial plans, researching investments, and managing client interactions to deepen relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of experience, and securities licenses or the ability to obtain them within 150 days. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.

Responsabilités

• Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, enter data into contact manager, build the agenda and summary of meetings, escort clients to advisor and provide vital follow-up.
• Prepare and ensure new business paperwork submitted including forms, obtain signatures, send to home office, track insurance applications and coordinate rollovers.
• Coordinate marketing events including crafting marketing compliance documentation and managing event marketing reimbursement.
• Provide general administrative duties such as answering the advisor's phone, processing expense reports, preparing routine client correspondence, and setting up client files.
