Ameriprise Financial in Garden City, NY, is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support high producing advisors by preparing financial plans, performing investment research, and executing trades. You will also manage client meetings, follow up, and new business paperwork to help deepen client relationships.

The role requires Series 7 and state registrations (or the ability to obtain within 150 days), a Bachelor’s degree, and strong client-service, math and organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in client service.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State securities agent registrations (S63/S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State IAR registration (S65/S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life, Accident & Health licenses or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Experience in a client service environment and strong organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with math and analytical abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, enter data into contact manager, build the agenda and summary of meetings, escort clients to advisor and provide vital follow-up.
• Prepare for and coordinate new business paperwork including forms, obtaining signatures, and tracking insurance applications and rollovers.
• Prepare for and coordinate marketing events, including crafting marketing compliance documentation and reimbursement management.
• Provide general administrative duties such as answering the advisor's phone, processing expense reports, client correspondence, and file setup.
