Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in wealth management or a related client-service field.
• Active securities registrations and life/health licenses preferred or willingness to obtain within agreed timeframe.
• Bachelor’s degree in financial planning, finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Gather and update client financial information for advisor review and planning analysis.
• Prepare financial planning reports, scenarios, illustrations, and supporting materials.
• Prepare for client meetings with agendas, reports and account information.
• Participate in client meetings, document decisions and follow-up actions.
• Process new-account paperwork, maintenance, and client requests accurately.
