Job summary

The Well in Colorado Springs is seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to support advisors in building customized financial plans and strategies. You will work closely with clients, analyze data, and use planning software to drive meaningful outcomes.

The role requires 1+ year in financial planning and software experience, plus a path toward CFP certification. Competitive compensation plus full benefits and tuition/certification support are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of financial planning experience.
• 1+ year working in financial planning software.
• CFP® or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Series 6, 65, or 66 (a plus, not required).
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Support advisors in building customized financial plans, strategies, and recommendations
• Dig into financial research and analysis that directly shapes client outcomes
• Be a key point of communication between clients and advisors
• Work hands-on with financial planning software and tools every day
