  • Experience with eMoney financial planning software a plus.
  • CFP designation or progress toward certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of wealth planning concepts and investment fundamentals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, communication, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support advisors in developing and implementing wealth planning strategies related to estate, tax, retirement, philanthropy, and wealth transfer planning.
  • Prepare client meeting materials, financial analyses, planning summaries, and follow-up deliverables.
  • Gather and organize financial information and planning-related documentation to support client recommendations.
  • Coordinate with clients and external professionals, including attorneys, accountants, and trustees, to assist with planning initiatives.
  • Participate in client meetings and help track planning action items and implementation progress.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for client service needs, responding to inquiries and coordinating requests in a timely manner.
  • Process account openings, maintenance requests, asset transfers, money movement, and other client account activities.
  • Prepare and review account documentation, investment subscription paperwork, and related forms.
  • Assist with cash management requests, distributions, and account servicing activities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is updated across firm systems.
  • Support business development and relationship management efforts by helping prepare presentations, proposals, and client communications.
  • Partner closely with advisors, investment professionals, and client associates to deliver a seamless client experience.

Position

A Private Advisor team within Rockefeller Global Family Office is seeking a Financial Planning and Investment Associate to support both the advisory and client relationship management functions of the practice. This individual will work closely with advisors and clients to help deliver comprehensive wealth planning strategies while ensuring a high-touch client experience. The role is ideal for a relationship-oriented professional who enjoys both planning work and direct client engagement.
