About The Role

The FP&A Manager is a pivotal role in driving the organization's financial success. This hybrid position is responsible for crafting accurate budgets and forecasts, conducting in-depth variance analysis, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. By collaborating closely with various departments, the FP&A Manager ensures financial alignment with strategic objectives and fosters a data-driven culture.

Your Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and prepare insightful reports.
  • Strategic Planning: Support long-term strategic planning through scenario analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, develop dynamic financial models, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and support company-wide initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
  • 3+ years of experience in team leadership and development
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial metrics
  • Excellent communication and comfortable presenting complex data clearly
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, or distribution industries
  • Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, BPC, Oracle, QAD, Plex)
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and financial consolidations
