Job summary

CFS in Rolling Meadows, IL, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst ready to step into a leadership role. The position involves partnering with department heads and the CFO, forecasting revenue, and delivering insightful presentations to the executive team.

You will use Power BI, SQL and Excel to pull data, build budgets for multiple locations, review full P&L, create dashboards, and supervise one junior analyst. After training, the role requires three in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FPA experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel abilities.
• Experience with SQL and/or Power BI to pull and manipulate data.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads and the CFO as a business partner.
• Analyze potential revenue and forecast results.
• Create presentations via PowerPoint for the executive committee.
• Use Power BI/SQL/Excel to pull data and build budgets for multiple locations; perform full P&L reviews.
• Prepare monthly reports and dashboards for the CFO and leadership.
• Supervise 1 junior financial analyst on the team.

Large multi - national firm is seeking to bring on a Senior Financial Analyst that is ready to step into a Manager or leader role! his role will be working 3 days a week in the office after training.

The Financial Planning And Analysis Role Will Be

• This role will be a business partner to the Department Heads as well as the CFO
• Analyzing potential revenue and forecasting
• Putting together presentations via power point for the executive committee
• Wil utilize power BI, SQL and perform queries to pull data for full profit and loss review. Creating budgets for the multiple locations
• Full P and L Review, monthly reporting for the CFO
• Creating dashboards, analyzing expenses by individual stores according to budget targets
• Margin analysis and commentary,
• Will be a part of the monthly reporting meeting and will present findings and commentary based on actual versus budget targets.
• Ad hoc analysis.
• Will supervise 1 Junior level financial analysts on the team

What we are seeking in a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager:

• At least 4+years FPA
• Strong Microsoft Excel abilities
