Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial modeling and driver-based forecasting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion SmartView, or similar planning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Corporate Marketing forecast across packages, tours, revenue, and expenses.
• Develop and enhance driver-based forecasting models that connect packages, tours, sales, revenue, and costs.
• Lead monthly forecasting cycles and provide variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior year results.
• Analyze key performance metrics, including CPP, CPT, VPG, and conversion rates, to uncover business opportunities.
• Manage forecasting for marketing spend, call center costs, and G&A expenses.
• Lead risk and opportunity assessments, scenario modeling, and strategic decision support.
• Partner with Finance, Business Operations, and Accounting teams to improve forecast accuracy and performance.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and insights for senior leadership.
• Drive transformation initiatives that create standardized, scalable forecasting processes.
