This pivotal role demands a detail-oriented professional adept in leading comprehensive financial planning, conducting insightful analysis, and providing data-driven recommendations to upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed financial reports and dashboards, acting as the subject matter expert to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and manage periodic forecast updates to align with strategic objectives.
• Conduct monthly budget-to-actual variance analyses, offering management actionable insights on financial performance.
• Drive financial modeling initiatives and provide valuation advice for potential acquisitions.
• Oversee system and program implementation projects impacting financial data and reporting.
• Participate in the preparation of data for various financial scenarios to aid budgeting and strategic planning.
• Monitor capital expenditure processes, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and approval protocols.
• Contribute to the accounting close process and support annual external audits with necessary data provision.
• Handle additional tasks and projects as needed to support the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and business transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general ledger reporting tools; adept at handling large datasets.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence processes.
• Skilled in using business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in a sedentary environment with prolonged keyboard use.
• Willingness to travel overnight as required.
