Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in finance or accounting with sophomore/junior status.

• Must work at Green Bay, WI home office year-round.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

This internship offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin.This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of pay: $18.75**What you’ll do:*** Reporting: Maintain, develop, and automate reports to provide key business partners with actionable insights.* Month-End Close Support: Assist with various responsibilities during the monthly financial close process, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.* Standard Costing: Assist in maintaining and updating critical aspects of the standard cost process, gaining exposure to manufacturing finance.* Profitability Analysis: Partner with FP&A, Commercial, and Strategies teams to organize, analyze, and interpret product and customer profitability data.* Project Support: Support the broader FP&A team on strategic finance initiatives, process automation, and data visualization as needed.**What you need to succeed:*** Current student with a major field of study in Finance or Accounting. Preferring Sophomore/Junior status.* Ability to work 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.* Ability to work year-round at our Home Office located in Green Bay, WI.* Ability to work successfully both independently and in teams. Comfortable collaborating within Finance and cross-functionally.* Strong aptitude for learning technology. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with drive to build advanced proficiency.
