Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our US Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, compliance monitoring, financial analysis, and business decision support. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and the ability to work with large datasets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare recurring financial reports and management dashboards.
• Perform cash flow reporting and monitor key financial metrics.
• Support revenue forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage and analyze credentialing dashboard reports.
• Maintain cash compliance documentation.
• Conduct monthly NCR rate analysis and identify trends.

Financial & Contract Analysis

• Analyze financial data, contracts, reimbursement structures, and business performance.
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Support revenue recognition and financial compliance activities.

Accounting & Analytical Support

• Provide ad hoc accounting and financial analysis support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with process improvements and financial audits.

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data validation).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

• Cash Flow Reporting and Revenue Forecasting.
• Financial Compliance and Revenue Recognition.
• Financial dashboards, reporting tools, and ERP/accounting systems.
• Contract analysis and reimbursement analysis.
• Healthcare or medical services industry experience is a plus.
