Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst in Miami, FL. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, develop projections, and provide insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• FP&A Analyst will develop and maintain financial models to assess profitability, expenses, and revenue trends
• Conduct forecasting and scenario analysis to support short- and long-term business planning
• Assist in the budgeting process, providing detailed projections based on company goals
• Analyze key financial metrics and deliver reports to senior leadership
• As an FP&A Analyst, you will evaluate market trends and economic indicators to inform strategic decision-making
• Work closely with accounting, operations, and executive teams to improve financial processes
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• 3- 5 years of FP&A experience
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and forecasting tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
