Starting Salary: $86,520.00
New hires are paid the starting rate. Current employees' pay rate is determined by their job title and years of service

Under direction, performs financial planning, underwriting, and financial analysis of requests for Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and other sources of funding assistance for affordable housing developments

Location:City Hall, 10th Floor
Days:Monday - Friday (occasional weekend hours will be required)
Hours:8:30am - 4:30pm (occasional evening hours will be required)
