Kestra Financial is seeking a Planning Analyst to join the Planning Group in our Wealth Management Division. You will operate within an established planning process to gather data, construct, and present financial plans to advisors nationwide.

Role emphasizes deep planning software knowledge (MoneyGuide Elite, eMoney), data analysis, and collaboration within a team dedicated to delivering high-quality planning services and intellectual capital for Kestra’s advisory network.

Qualifications

• CFP certification required, or actively pursuing CFP designation (coursework completed).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-10 years’ experience in the finance industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Experience working with eMoney, MoneyGuide.
• Series 7 and Series 65 licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow depth of knowledge within planning software technology and fintech planning concepts.
• Gather, organize, and develop client data within a financial planning context.
• Prepare client financial plans and presentations for review by Advisors.
• Manage data entry and presentation development for client meetings that pertain to financial planning.
• Attend client meetings in a technical and supporting role.
• Analyze and provide research for planning industry trends and advances in the planning field.
• Advisor relationship management support, including ongoing advisor contact and communications.
• Track and cross reference planning data through internal systems.
