Qualifications

• CFP certification required, or actively pursuing CFP designation (coursework completed)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3–10 years’ experience in the finance industry preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point and ability to quickly learn new software
• Experience working with eMoney, MoneyGuide

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow depth of knowledge within planning software technology and fintech planning concepts
• Gather, organize, and develop client data within a financial planning context
• Prepare client financial plans and presentations for review by Advisors
• Manage data entry and presentation development for client meetings that pertain to financial planning
• Attend client meetings in a technical and supporting role
• Analyze and provide research for planning industry trends, intellectual capital, and technological advances in planning
• Advisor relationship management support, including ongoing and regular advisor contact and communications
• Track and cross reference planning data through internal systems
