We are looking for an FP&A Associate to join our Finance team and support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights and has2 years of SaaS specific knowledge.

Role Overview:

As an FP&A Associate, you will assist the Head of Finance with financial planning, forecasting, and analysis reporting. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong Excel skills, financial modeling experience and a passion for finance, data, and technology in relations to SaaS business platform. This role is critical in providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Assist with analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting processes, preparing financial reports and dashboards.
• Help track key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, LTV/CAC, and gross margin.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
• Work closely with other departments (Sales, Product, Operations) to analyze revenue and expenses.
• Assist in automating financial reporting using Excel, BI tools, or financial software (Tableau experience is helpful).
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed (ie. board presentation etc.)

Required Qualifications:

• Working experience in a SaaS or subscription business models is require.
• 2+ years of experience with financial analysis, accounting, or related roles (internships are a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Index/Match, Macros, , etc.) and experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools to automate and optimize financial reports.
• Familiarity with financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and metrics.
• Experience with financial software (Sage Intaact, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Jirav, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI) or adept at learning software tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. As well as having an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
