SUMMARY

This is a full-time opportunity for a Senior FP&A Analyst to contribute significantly to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with analytical acumen, driving actionable insights that support executive decision-making and promote fiscal health across the organization. This role offers a chance to influence key business strategies and financial direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the coordination and preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring collaboration across departments to meet organizational goals.
• Drive reporting automation by enhancing KPIs through ERP systems and leveraging BI tools.
• Conduct thorough financial statement analyses and assess key performance metrics to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
• Generate detailed management reports outlining risks, performance, and opportunities for senior leadership.
• Perform cost analysis on production and overhead expenses to identify cost-saving measures and enhance profitability.
• Support strategic business initiatives including acquisitions and capital projects with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial systems and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical skills with financial modeling and analytical tools; expert in Excel; ERP and BI tool proficiency essential (Power BI a plus).
• Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data and delivering actionable insights.
• Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and driving impactful financial solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all facets of reporting and analysis.
