Are you a numbers-savvy professional looking to make a big impact in a growing organization? We’re seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our team and support high-level financial decision-making. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CFO to drive strategic planning, manage reporting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including financial summaries, income statements, A/R aging, inventory turns, and rental deferral tracking.
  • Manage monthly Balanced Scorecard reporting to measure business performance.
  • Develop and maintain the monthly revenue forecasting model to support planning and budgeting efforts.
  • Handle cash management responsibilities such as reviewing and processing cash transfers and disbursements.
  • Oversee the employee credit card program, ensuring policy compliance and helping teams correct issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with department managers to review key financial metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support executive decision-making.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant financial experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex data in clear terms.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
