Job Description

KIPP TEAM & Family Schools is looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. Our FP&A Manager will play a critical role in supporting the financial health and strategic planning efforts of the organization. This position will work closely with the Managing Director of Finance and other budget managers to develop budgets, forecast future financial outcomes, and provide insightful financial analyses. The FP&A Manager serves as the point person for internal stakeholders for all finance tools, data, and the processes associated with building and maintaining budgets. This person also provides direct analytical and project execution support to our finance team and other organizational leaders.
The FP&A Manager will play a critical role within the finance team that supports in setting the strategy for our financial health, sustainability, and growth of a $300M+ organization, as we work to advance our mission. A successful FP&A Manager will support all of our schools and centralized functions across our three cities in two states, and also will collaborate closely with accounting, compliance, human resources, grants, development (fundraising), purchasing, and regional operations teams.
The starting salary range for this hybrid role is $85,000-105,000, commensurate with experience. The projected start date for these positions is July 1, 2025.
