What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools
  • Progress toward professional certification (CPA, CFA, FP&A certification)
