This is a hybrid role located in Germantown, WI. All applications must be from residents of Wisconsin or local to Germantown.
Job Responsibilities
Analysis
- Develop customer and product profitability and pricing recommendations to meet ROI requirements.
- Identify and investigate significant pricing and operational issues during month-end close and reforecasting to impact margins.
- Prepare operational and financial benchmarking analyses across three plants to improve operating profit margins.
- Manage trade spending by customer, analyzing sales lift and ROI.
- Assist in sales forecasts for S&OP, collaborating with leadership for buy-in.
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify variances and communicate insights.
- Perform inventory and product activity-based costing.
Guidance
- Partner with business leaders for insights and reporting to support financial decisions.
- Monitor and update sales and margin forecasts, informing senior management of changes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects for financial planning and assessment.
- Maintain collaborative relationships and coordinate financial initiatives.
Report & Review
- Provide financial leadership to ensure profit margins and business solutions are approved.
- Develop dashboards to analyze results, monitor variances, and identify trends, including:
- Annual Operating Plan and prior performance
- Monthly reporting for food and beverage units
- Sales presentations, forecasts, pipelines, and customer P&Ls
- Weekly and monthly dashboards and metrics
- Assist with special projects and month-end closing processes.
Other
- Manufacturing experience is required.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 4 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
- CPA certification is not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
