The Financial Planning Advisor role at TIAA/Nuveen in Seattle partners with an Executive Wealth Management Advisor to identify clients’ financial goals, analyze their landscape, and develop tailored recommendations towards defined objectives.

With a focus on high-net-worth clients, you will grow your book through referrals, provide ongoing investment guidance, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related advisory role.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65), or ability to obtain all required licenses within 120 days of start date.
  • Bachelor's degree required; professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and grows relationships with high-net-worth clients across all products and services.
  • Tailors investment strategies to client objectives and constraints including regulatory issues and liquidity needs.
  • Reviews client information, financial statements, risk profiles, and cash needs.
  • Performs investment research and provides up-to-date financial guidance.
  • Collaborates within a team to meet annual sales targets and grow the book.

Financial Planning AdvisorSupported with a robust array of resources and solutions, the Financial Planning Advisor partners with an Executive Wealth Management Advisor as part of a team to identify the financial goals of our clients, analyze their financial landscape and develop recommendations that help them work towards well defined financial objectives.
