You will work to build a pipeline, leverage licensing milestones, and deliver a differentiated client experience across services and products.

Qualifications

• Obtain required licenses/credentials within 150 days of hire (Series 7, S63/S66, IAR).
• Attend licensing coaching and progress licensing timelines.
• Assist seasoned advisor in working with clients to achieve their financial goals.
• Develop and deliver a unique client experience.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for licensing progress within timelines.
• Assist seasoned financial advisor(s) in working with clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Support clients by delivering a holistic client experience.
• Develop and execute a robust marketing plan to achieve the practice’s client acquisition goals.
