Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services or business development beneficial but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with clients.
• Willingness to obtain licenses (Series 6, 63, and state licenses) with training and sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand goals and concerns.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans including investments, insurance, and retirement.
• Recommend insurance strategies to protect assets and income.
• Monitor and update plans as clients’ circumstances change.
• Network to build referrals through community involvement and professional associations.
