Sentinel is seeking a financial advisor to educate prospects, conduct discovery meetings, and present structured financial plans. You will be responsible for building long-term client relationships through annual reviews and proactive communication, with full paraplanner support and a commission-based W-2 structure.
The role includes a 6–8 month immersion in Sentinel's process, with first clients expected within 90 days and growth toward a full practice.
Most advisor roles have you building clients from scratch. At Sentinel, seminars are filled, and leads are provided - your job is to walk in, build trust, and close. If you have the skills and the discipline to follow a system that works, this is where you build a career.
You'll educate prospects (many 59+, with $1M+ in assets) through a two-meeting process: discovery first, then a structured plan and close. From there, you're their advisor for life - annual reviews, ongoing trust, long-term relationships.
Sentinel is committed to building long-term, trust-based relationships and a family-oriented culture. All qualified individuals will be considered for this role based on their skills, experience, and ability to follow a proven system, without regard to any protected characteristics.
