We have an opening for a highly motivated, analytical individual to join us in our firm. The successful candidate will work within a team of Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals.
The Financial Planner is a key team member. After obtaining necessary licenses through our Career Development Program (“CDP”), your typical day may include:

The path begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, covering licensing exams and study materials, with costs covered by the company. After completing this phase and accepting an employment offer, initial pay is $15/hour or minimum wage, progressing to full-time with commissions and bonuses averaging $50,000–$75,000 in the first year. Benefits include a 401(k), insurance plans, and paid leave.
