We have an opening for a highly motivated, analytical individual to join us in our firm. The successful candidate will work within a team of Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals.

The Financial Planner is a key team member. After obtaining necessary licenses through our Career Development Program (“CDP”), your typical day may include:

1. Developing relationships with clients (existing and prospective)
2. Gathering client information to build financial plans
3. Helping clients prepare for retirement
4. Reviewing investment portfolio recommendations

No prior financial industry experience is required due to our comprehensive training, but industry exposure is a plus.

The path begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, covering licensing exams and study materials, with costs covered by the company. After completing this phase and accepting an employment offer, initial pay is $15/hour or minimum wage, progressing to full-time with commissions and bonuses averaging $50,000–$75,000 in the first year. Benefits include a 401(k), insurance plans, and paid leave.
