Job summary

RelaDyne LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst in Houston, TX to support senior leadership with analytical insight and financial modeling. You will assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and enterprise reporting while partnering with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on improving operational performance, delivering actionable recommendations, and enhancing reporting accuracy. Onsite work in Houston is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial, business, or data analysis.
• Understanding of P&L statements.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presence and effective team player.
• Ability to travel domestically (<10% as needed).

We’re looking for a Financial Analystto provide analytical and financial support to senior leadership.
