The Financial Planner supports clients in achieving personal and professional financial goals while contributing to a consistent, high-quality wealth management experience aligned with CWA's fiduciary and tax-optimized advisory philosophy.

Travel to firm-sponsored meetings and seminars is required, including the CWA Annual Meeting, Planner Retreat, and other designated events. Additional travel may be required as needed.
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The ability to work remotely is allowed based on management’s approval.
This is a largely sedentary role; however, it may require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is an executive level position servicing the primary clients of CWA. As such, it is not a standard workday or week. The Financial Planner is expected to put the needs of client service first to make sure the clients receive the level of service necessary for them to reach their financial goals.
