Our Operations team is currently seeking an experienced Agency Licensing Coordinator in our Worcester, MA location.
This is a full‑time, non‑exempt role.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Agency Services Coordinator will report to the Licensing Supervisor and be responsible for the management and verification of agency and producer licensing records to ensure compliance with state laws, performing Due Diligence processes and executing agency appointments and contracts. Working closely with other Operational teams, Hanover Sales, and agency contacts, this individual will also support on‑going maintenance of agency and producer records across various platforms and systems, generating user access in the form of log on IDs, agency management system downloads, terminations, authorizing new states and lines of business, and production codes. Strong problem solving and time management are essential to the role, with varying degrees of once‑and‑done processing vs. longer‑tail tasks which require tracking and follow‑up.
