Job summary

River Run Services, LLC is seeking a General Services Analyst to support centralized operational and financial functions. This role manages variance reporting, budgeting processes, invoice approvals, vendor documentation, and lease administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient operations.

The position works cross-functionally with Finance, General Services, and external vendors to maintain strong financial controls and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly variance reports and analyze budget-to-actuals for General Services and cost centers.
• Partner with the General Services Manager to review financial results and ensure timely reporting.
• Assist in annual budgets, reforecasts, and supporting documentation for General Services.
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and contract compliance; coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintain vendor records, contracts, COIs, and related documentation.
• Track vendor contract terms, renewals, and compliance; support onboarding.
• Maintain lease agreements and facilities documentation; ensure records are audit-ready.
• Track lease terms, expirations, escalations, and assist with renewals.
• Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
