Position Overview

SierTeK is seeking a qualified Financial Operations Specialist to perform financial analysis, budget execution, funds management, forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking to support AFRL programs and ensure effective use of government resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and report generation for AFRL programs.
• Execute budgets and manage funds in accordance with federal regulations.
• Forecast financial performance and produce regular financial tracking reports.
• Collaborate with program managers to ensure compliance and effective use of resources.

Minimum Qualifications

Junior

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 5+ years of financial management experience.
• Security clearance: Secret.

Senior

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 10+ years of financial management experience.
• Experience with Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System (CCaRS).
• Budget formulation and cost estimating.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) proficiency.
• Financial forecasting skills.
• Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with AFRL or AFMC programs.
