What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Maintain a clean general ledger through monthly reconciliations, posting journal entries, and remitting payments
• Manage the intercompany process to ensure funds are received from other divisions
• Follow up with customers and sales representatives on aged invoices to initiate payment timelines or credit holds
• Provide operational support to sales management and coordinate projects to enhance sales force effectiveness
• Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and contribute to the development of sales support systems
