Russell Tobin is hiring on behalf of a banking and financial industry client! We're seeking motivated Junior Financial Analysts—perfect for recent grads eager to kickstart their finance careers with hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.

Your Role

Financial Analysis: Analyze data & prepare reports to support decisions.

Budgeting/Forecasting: Assist with budgets and forecasts.

Data Management: Organize and ensure accurate reporting.

Variance Analysis: Identify and explain performance deviations.

Reporting: Create monthly/quarterly financial statements.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies & regulations.

Collaboration: Work with teams to provide actionable insights.

Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by optimizing processes.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: Internship or prior experience (6 months-2 YOE) in financial/banking preferred.
