Herc Rentals in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support monthly close, reporting, and forecasting. You will partner with operations, sales, HR, and accounting to deliver accurate financial results and actionable insights. Bachelor’s in finance or accounting is required; CPA or MBA is a plus.

1+ year experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as OneStream/Hyperion/Oracle ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• CPA or MBA highly desirable but not required.
• 1+ years of experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly financial accounting, including journal entries and analysis.
• Review processes for continuous improvement and to reduce nonvalue-added steps.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports.
• Participate in special projects.
• Identify risk and opportunities to improve performance.
• Prepare variance analysis on revenue and expenses vs forecast.
