PSA is seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as the Deputy Assistant Director for the Office of Finance and Administration. This role requires extensive expertise in federal budgeting, funds execution, and procurement processes, along with the ability to assess and clearly communicate the budgetary impact of agency programs. Candidates with a proven history of leading and developing teams responsible for budget formulation and financial management are strongly encouraged to apply.

To qualify for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirement below. To qualify at the GS-15 grade level, you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience related to the duties of the position that was comparable in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-14 grade level. Specialized experience is defined as expert knowledge and skill of Federal budgeting, funds execution, and procurement and contracting processes, including analyzing and presenting the budgetary impact of programs and initiatives across all phases of the budget cycle. It also includes leading and developing staff responsible for budget formulation and financial management and overseeing financial audits and internal control reviews required by FMFIA, A-123, GAO standards, or similar authorities, along with implementing corrective actions to address identified issues.
