Lockheed Martin is seeking a Financial Management (E2) professional to join the Program Finance team at the Skunk Works division. You will perform EV management, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple finance functions, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience, with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or closely related field.
• 2+ years of professional work experience or a Master’s degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance and adhere to classified information handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform Earned-Value Management within the program and support multiple finance functions.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and trend identification.
• Develop and implement mitigation plans; provide data analytics and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Consolidate financial results and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP and internal controls.

Take advantage of this opportunity to support a large standalone program at LockheedMartin’s legendary SkunkWorks division. We are seeking a Financial Management (E2) to join the Program Finance team. In this role you will be one of the analysts responsible for Earned‑Value Management (MEVM) within the program, working under moderate oversight and guidance. Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward‑looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a closely related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience or a Master’s degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance and adhere to classified information handling procedures

Desired Skills

• Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher
• Defense or Aerospace industry experience
• Familiarity with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, basic macros, charting tools)
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management
• Strong learning ability and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling evolving program priorities and shifting material‑supply constraints in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00
