You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FINANCE DEPARTMENT / N00FM of NAVAL COMP TELCOM AREA WESTPAC.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a variety of fiscal and accounting requirements within the financial and budget administration for NCTS Guam.

Requirements & Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education. Additional Information: This position has been designated as a Defense Financial Management Certification Program and is required proficiency level 1 per DODI 1300.26 as a condition of employment. This designation requires: 1. The incumbent participates in a continuous learning (CL) program.

Initial certification requires 46 total course hours in the areas of Financial Management and Leadership Competencies, then a bi-annual 40 hour minimum Of Financial Managment related continuous learning must be documented in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and the supervisor. 2. The incumbent must obtain the required credentials within 24 months of appointment and maintain those credentials. For more information, please review DODI 1300.26.
