Qualifications

• Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction), and have at least one (1) year of experience as a licensed attorney.
• United States citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the United States in district court and the Court of Appeals, researching, drafting briefs, and arguing matters.
• The Financial Litigation Unit handles asset investigations, garnishments, turnover orders, and unwinding fraudulent transfers.
• Collaborate with Criminal and Civil Divisions to maximize financial recoveries for victims and the government.
• Handle a high-volume docket with attention to accuracy, ethics, and professional demeanor.
