Job summary

Credit Union of the Rockies is seeking a Financial Life Coach/Loan Officer in Granby to guide members from first hello to funded loan. You will interview members, coordinate underwriting, close loans, and earn performance-based pay.

As part of our team you’ll help members reach their financial goals, promote lending products, build a strong loan pipeline, and provide friendly, accurate service while representing the credit union in the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consumer lending or related sales/service role preferred.
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build long-term member relationships.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, member-facing branch environment.
• Proficiency with loan origination systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities
