Job summary

BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Financial Integrity Analyst. This role performs internal audits, analyzes general ledger data for JV contracts, and helps develop reports to maintain financial integrity.

You will assist with data analytics, maintain confidentiality, and execute projects under the Financial Integrity Manager. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, has 1–3 years in financial analysis, and is comfortable using BI

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in financial analysis or accounting role.
• Knowledge of internal controls and audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs internal audit functions of multiple processes throughout the organization.
• Participates in joint venture contract reconciliation by analyzing general ledger data.
• Contributes to the development of reporting to ensure ongoing integrity of financial information.
• Assists with investigations of efficiency issues through data analysis of system processes.
• Assists with implementing and maintaining data analytic software.
• Directs/completes projects as directed by the Financial Integrity Manager.
• Creates reports regarding internal controls.
• Routinely reviews and interprets contracts.
• Respects and maintains confidentiality.
• Works in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.

The Job

The Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in financial analysis or accounting role.
• Experience in financial data analysis and data sourcing via business intelligence software a plus.
• Knowledge of internal controls and experience with internal or external audits preferred.
• CPA or CFE designation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of insurance principles.
• Computer and keyboard skills preferred to include Microsoft Office application skills.
• Experience with automated billing systems.
